Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or any business related course.
• Basic to moderate technical expertise required equivalent to 1-3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Process Purchase Orders, Job Orders, contracts, and vendor registrations.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and updates with internal departments.
• Resolve delivery, quality, and invoice concerns.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support cost-saving and sustainable procurement initiatives.
