Job Description

Redbin Philippines Is Looking For Procurement & Project Management Interns Who Want To Learn How Campaigns Come Together Inside A Creative Advertising Agency. Get Hands-On Experience In Supplier Sourcing, Project Coordination, Event Logistics.

Responsibilities

1. Supplier Sourcing And Procurement Assistance

• Assist In Identifying And Researching Potential Suppliers For Upcoming Events And Projects.
• Request Quotations, Proposals, And Product/Service Details From Suppliers.
• Maintain And Update A Supplier Database Including Contact Information, Pricing, And Services Offered.
• Help Compare Supplier Quotations And Prepare Summary Reports For Evaluation.
• Support The Procurement Team In Coordinating With Suppliers Regarding Availability, Delivery Schedules, And Requirements.

2. Project Monitoring And Documentation

• Help Prepare Project Reports, Meeting Notes, And Progress Summaries.
• Support The Team In Organizing Project-Related Files, Photos, Permits, And Documentation.
• Assist In Coordinating With Project Team Members To Gather Updates And Information.

3. Inventory Management Assistance

• Assist In Tracking Inventory Of Materials, Equipment, And Project Supplies.
• Help Record Inventory Movement Including Issuance, Return, And Replenishment.
• Conduct Periodic Inventory Checks And Report Discrepancies If Any.
• Maintain Organized Records Of Inventory Logs And Asset Lists.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Support To The Procurement And Project Management Team When Needed.
• Assist In Preparing Spreadsheets, Documentation, And Presentations Related To Projects.
