A reputable company is looking for a Procurement Intern in Makati City. The intern will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and preparing purchase orders. Ideal candidates should have their own laptop and be available to work onsite for at least 250 hours. Benefits include free buffet lunch, an allowance at the end of the internship, and a chance to be absorbed after graduation.

• Must own a laptop.

Responsabilidades

• Source suppliers and request quotations (RFQs).
• Compare prices, terms, and quality to support vendor selection.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and finance for inventory and payment processing.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve discrepancies.
