The Property and Procurement Management Officer will supervise and coordinate the execution of tasks within their specialist area (purchases, maintenance, mail services, coordination of removals, courier services, warehouse management, design, etc.) in keeping with the guidelines and procedures from Management and the rules applicable in each case, in order to ensure the efficient operation of services as well as a correct use and supply of material resources.
Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
Sourcing and Demand Management
- Implements best practices and negotiation strategies in sourcing.
- Develops, reviews, implements and communicates the standards and polices relative to procurement and property management
Procurement Management
- Manage the procurement of goods, services, travel and contracts.
- Leads significant negotiations and oversees the development and maintenance of vendor agreements that support ’s sourcing strategies and business objectives.
- Apply current market knowledge and procurement best practices to sourcing, vendor management and agreement management activities.
- Administration of SAP Procurement system.
Property Management
- Lease management - Negotiate for new leases, monitor and renew expiring leases, approval, contract review & documentation. Liaise with Lessors and stakeholders for branch office requirements.
- Oversees the management and coordination of Head Office and Sales Office facilities and services such as transportation, office administration, office premises including furniture, fixtures and improvements.
- Ensures execution of supplies and asset inventory, insurance cover, maintenance and disposal.
- Construction of office premises and its maintenance.
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors.
Service Delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
People Management
- Manage and develop the procurement and property management skill of the team members with development plans.
Job Skills And Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 3-5 years or more professional experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver results on time under pressure.
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
