Procurement / Requirements

• The Plant Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating advantageous contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services in line with organizational policies. He/She will focus on optimizing costs through effective budgeting, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and streamlining procurement processes to enhance efficiency. He/She shall collaborate closely with other departments to meet procurement needs while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate documentation of all procurement activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Proven experience in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost management
• Familiarity with procurement software, documentation processes, and compliance standards
