Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a procurement/PPAP specialist who can study drawings for manufacturability, plan component development with vendors, and prepare CIRs.

You will ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets, support pricing, coordinate with design teams, perform variance analysis, and participate in APQP processes to meet MRD and MPDS milestones. Expertise in SAP MM, PPAP/APQP, GD&T, and MS Office is required; success will drive cost reduction and tooling

Qualifications

• PPAP and APQP processes knowledge are essential.
• Zero base costing and price negotiation experience preferred.
• GD&T knowledge and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Study received drawings to confirm manufacturability.
• Draw up a plan to develop/procure components with vendors within time, cost and quality objectives.
• Prepare customer input requirements (CIR).
• Vendor analysis and capacity planning with time frame agreement.
• Ensure material and tooling costs stay within budget.
