Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with purchase orders and supplier interactions is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory processes and record-keeping.
• Ability to work with multiple departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Production, and Marketing teams.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, record-keeping, and supplier coordination.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing team.
