Key duties include creating and presenting reports, maintaining data quality, and forecasting trends while aligning with CBRE RISE values in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills with financial calculations (percentages, fractions).

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
• Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
• Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
• Collect and rationalize data from many sources. Conduct thorough financial evaluation.
• Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
