Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Procurement Analyst to design, evaluate, and provide reports based on data related to sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.

The role sits within the Procurement function, responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or materials from vendors. Ideal candidates have up to 3 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills, with a disciplined approach to data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math for percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
• Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
• Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
• Collect and rationalize data from many sources. Conduct thorough financial evaluation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation(s).
• Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
