Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Analyst in the Philippines to design, evaluate, and report on supplier data for sourcing and contracting.

You will work within the procurement function to analyze data from multiple sources, ensure data integrity, and prepare forecasts and recommendations. The role requires a degree (or equivalent experience) and strong Excel/Office skills, with a focus on accuracy, problem solving, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Organizational skills with a curious mindset.
• Intermediate math skills including percentages and fractions for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support sourcing requirements.
• Prepare report results and their impacts on the business.
• Maintain data integrity of databases and improve accuracy and access.
• Collect and rationalize data from multiple sources and conduct financial evaluation.
• Ensure data integrity and create a complete overview with improvements and recommendations.
• Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
• Apply standard principles with practical application experience.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and meet deadlines via standardized procedures.
