CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Makati to design and analyze procurement data, generate insightful reports, and support global sourcing initiatives. You will maintain data integrity across databases, collect inputs from multiple sources, and perform financial evaluations to guide decisions.

The role emphasizes adherence to standardized procedures, forecasting, and timely delivery while aligning with CBRE RISE values. A hybrid work setup and day shift are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills including percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support sourcing requirements.
• Prepare report results and their relative business impact.
• Maintain data integrity of databases and improve accuracy and accessibility.
• Collect and rationalize data from multiple sources; conduct financial evaluation.
