Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with careful handling of data and docs.
• Organized and able to manage files and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing vendors and requesting quotations.
• Support canvasing and comparison of supplier prices, quality, and lead times.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor request status and deliveries.
• Receive and check delivered items against requests.
• Maintain procurement documents and supplier files.
• Update procurement trackers and reports.
• Monitor stock levels of office supplies and materials.
• Update system entries in AX when applicable.
