LMI Corporation (Bacolod) is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support sourcing, purchasing, and delivery coordination for projects in Negros Occidental. You’ll help gather quotations, prepare documentation, and maintain ERP records to ensure smooth project execution.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organization, and clear communication with suppliers and internal teams while supporting inventory monitoring and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in SCM, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years in administrative, clerical, purchasing, or procurement roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers, collecting quotations, and preparing cost comparisons.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare PRs, POs, and procurement documents accurately and on time.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Project Teams.
• Flag procurement delays and assist in resolving delivery concerns.
• Compile and maintain procurement documents for billing and project close-out.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and procurement files.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishment based on project needs.
