Job summary

Enable in Mandaluyong is seeking a Procurement Associate to support the procurement function by identifying suppliers, creating POs, and tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree and at least 1 year of procurement experience, with strong negotiation and Excel skills, and familiarity with procurement software. On-site work at Sparta PH, Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in procurement is required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Willing to work on-site at Sparta PH, Mandaluyong City

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers and vendors.
• Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
• Maintaining records of bids and purchase orders for future reference.
• Provide regular updates to management on procurement status.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
