Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to oversee the end-to-end purchasing cycle, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with internships required. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of Purchasing/Procurement experience; experience with international suppliers is a plus, and strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration preferred; other relevant fields welcome.
• Fresh graduates welcome; related internship required.
• 6 months to 1 year of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement is required.
• Experience in importing from international suppliers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor stock levels and proactively identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential suppliers and conduct market analyses to track pricing trends.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Track orders, follow up with suppliers on changes or updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel to verify that all delivered goods arrive in excellent condition.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and maintain updated records of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor contracts.
