Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional to monitor stock levels, research suppliers, manage end-to-end purchase cycles, and negotiate pricing.

Fresh graduates with internship are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing is preferred. Knowledge of importing from international suppliers is a plus, and strong communication with multiple stakeholders is essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor stock levels regularly and proactively identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential suppliers and conduct market analyses to track pricing trends.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Track orders, follow up with suppliers on changes or updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel to verify that all delivered goods arrive in excellent condition.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and maintain updated records of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor contracts.
