Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Management, Supply Management, or related field.
• 1–4 years’ experience in Purchasing and Procurement process.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Procurement end-to-end for site requests and vendors.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery.
• Establish and maximize payment terms; minimize COD terms.
• Ensure RFP/RIR processes meet payment dates and approvals.
• Maintain records of purchases, inventory levels, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate monthly inventory reports with warehouse/operations teams.
