Job Description

• Canva suppliers and request price quotations for packaging materials, goods, and services.
• Prepare simple canvass sheets for price comparison.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product details, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain updated lists of suppliers and price records.
• Submit complete canvassing documents for Purchase Order processing.
• Assist in monitoring delivery of purchased items.
• Follow company procurement policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Financial Management and allied courses.
• With a minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement, purchasing, or canvassing.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to organize documents and handle multiple tasks.
