Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in procurement or inventory management is preferred.
• MS Excel and Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and canvassing suppliers for materials, supplies, equipment, and water pump spare parts.
• Prepare purchase requests/orders and compare supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on prices, availability, deliveries and documents.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Receive items and reconcile with orders and receipts.
• Maintain records of assets, equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Assist in asset tagging, transfer, and return of equipment.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory and asset reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Keep procurement, supplier, inventory, and asset documentation organized.
