Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 1 year contract to support the Procurement Manager in all aspects of vendor and contract management.

The successful candidate should have procurement/sourcing, contracting, and strong analytical experience including vendor administration and relationship management, plus English language contract negotiation and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of procurement/managerial experience emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration: Prepare and facilitate contracts with suppliers using templates and processes.
• Vendor performance: Manage vendor accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing vendor administration per country requirements.
• Cost control: Develop bid packages, facilitate RFP activity, and analyze quotations.
• Process improvement: Research supply base for consolidation and improved service levels.
• Procurement support: Prepare and distribute reports to maintain accurate contract records.

About the Role

• Contract Administration:
• Prepare and facilitate contracts with suppliers, utilizing templates and processes to ensure accuracy in areas such as Scope of Work, Pricing, Site &
• Vendor Performance:
• Manage vendor accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing overall vendor administration based upon specific country requirements.
• Cost Control:
• Manage, review, and participate with team members to develop bid packages, facilitate RFP activity, and analyze quotations.
• Process Improvement:
• Research supply base for consolidation and improvement in service levels.
• Procurement Support:
• Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
