Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a Procurement Analyst on a 1-year contract to support the Procurement Manager in vendor and contract management. The role emphasizes procurement/sourcing, contracting, and strong analytical work including vendor administration and relationship management.

You will assist in opportunity analysis, prepare contract records, participate in bid activities, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: Prepare and facilitate contracts with suppliers, utilizing templates and processes to ensure accuracy in areas such as Scope of Work, Pricing, Site &.
• Vendor Performance: Manage vendor accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing overall vendor administration based upon specific country requirements.
• Cost Control: Manage, review, and participate with team members to develop bid packages, facilitate RFP activity, and analyze quotations.
• Process Improvement: Research supply base for consolidation and improvement in service levels.
• Procurement Support: Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files.
