Job summary

IOM - UN Migration in the Philippines is offering a Procurement Internship to support day-to-day administrative, procurement, and coordination tasks. The role provides exposure to RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and service providers within an international organization.

The intern will work under guidance to maintain trackers, organize documentation, and assist with invoice and IST processing while learning procurement processes and organizational policy.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final year students in business administration, management, finance/accounting, or procurement/supply chain management are eligible to apply.
• Accredited universities listed in UNESCO World Higher Education Database are recognized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative, procurement, and coordination activities.
• Update procurement, RFQ and staff augmentation trackers.
• Organize documentation related to RFQs, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, contracts, and service providers.
• Monitor status of requests and flag pending actions.
• Coordinate interview schedules with service providers, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Record interview outcomes and follow up on actions.
• Assist in preparation, checking, and routing of invoices and related documents.
• Monitor invoice processing and IST processing; maintain trackers.
