Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and tracking procurement intake requests.
• Support maintenance of procurement trackers, databases, and filing systems.
• Prepare procurement documentation and routing packages.
• Follow up on pending approvals and required documents.
• Assist in data entry and record updates in procurement systems / trackers.
• Conduct basic supplier research and market scans.
• Assist in compiling vendor quotations and proposal comparisons.
• Support vendor accreditation and onboarding documentation requirements.
• Organize procurement contracts and supporting records.
• Track contract expiration dates and renewal schedules.
