Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Administrative Support role within the Procurement team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on transactional procurement tasks, ERP data management, and coordination with suppliers.

You will support Purchase Orders, maintain records, and assist procurement members to ensure accurate and timely information flow in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing procurement transactional support.
• Knowledge of ERP data management and supplier coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement transactional support – Oracle set-up and price updates.
• Process Advance Shipping Notices in Supplier Portal and coordinate information with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Procurement members and suppliers to gather and share data.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement team through transactional support, ERP data management and coordination with suppliers and Procurement members.

• Perform Procurement transactional support – Oracle set-up, system price updates, documents indexing
• Process Advance Shipping Notices in Supplier Portal
• Coordinate with Procurement member and suppliers in communicating and/or gathering information
