Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is seeking an E-Sourcing Analyst to manage electronic sourcing, analyze supplier proposals, and support contract management.

Qualifications

Role Summary

The E-Sourcing Analyst is responsible for managing electronic sourcing activities, analyzing supplier proposals, supporting contract management, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes. The role also involves supplier training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Supplier Analysis: Analyze supplier proposals and contract terms to ensure the best value for the organization.

E-Sourcing Tools Management: Utilize electronic sourcing platforms to manage procurement activities, including RFPs and e-auctions.

Supplier Training: Train suppliers on how to effectively use the E-Sourcing tool, ensuring they understand platform functionalities and processes.

Data Analysis: Gather and interpret purchasing and supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing function.

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations, with demonstrated experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract administration, and spend analysis using e-sourcing platforms.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and electronic contract management systems.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
