Job summary

BDO Unibank in Cebu City is seeking a Processing Officer to ensure timely submission of renewal accounts for insurer approvals based on requests from Marketing. You will monitor day-to-day transaction processes to conform with prescribed guidelines, procedures, manuals, and memoranda.

Working within BDO Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, you will contribute to accurate renewal processing and compliance across renewal cycles in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• The Processing Officer is responsible for timely and accurate submission of renewal accounts for insurer approvals.
• Ensures day-to-day transaction processes conform to prescribed guidelines, procedures, and memoranda.
• The Processing Officer ensures requests submitted by Marketing are handled efficiently.
• Knowledge of renewal processes and insurer submission requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Submit renewal accounts for insurer approvals based on Marketing requests in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain compliance with guidelines, procedures, manuals, and memoranda for daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Insurance and Reinsurance counterparts to ensure renewal accuracy.
• Support audit and documentation requirements for renewal cycles.
