Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applications for a Trust Receipts Repricing Associate based in Ortigas. You will ensure prompt and accurate repricing of Trust Receipts, verify FIP coverage and related policies, and coordinate with BDOI and other units to maintain compliance.

The ideal candidate has a business-related degree, strong communication and computer skills, and a willingness to work onsite. Banking experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prompt and accurate repricing of Trust Receipts.
• Ensure appropriate Fire Insurance coverage and compliance with internal/external policies.
• Check terms and conditions of CP/QCP; validate line availability; coordinate with BDOI for FIP cover.
• Prepare SOAs and balance proofsheet daily; monitor maturing TRs and TRs due for repricing.
• Monitor and handle Past Due Accounts and reporting requirements (BIR 2307).

Job Summary

Responsible for prompt and accurate repricing of Trust Receipts ensuring appropriate Fire Insurance coverage and compliance with other internal/external policies.

Key Responsibilities

• - If TR will be extended:
• a. Checks terms and conditions of the CP/QCP
• b. Generates ICBS print our and validates line availability
• c. Checks FIP coverage, expiry date, accreditation and endorsement (if not secured from BDOI)
• d. Sends request to BDOI, cc: AO for FIP cover, as maybe needed , attachin the CM’s
• - Monitors maturing TRs and TRs due for repricing.
• - Ensures completeness of AOs Instruction Sheet.
• - Computes and encodes entries.
• - Counter checks Teller’s validation on manifold.
• - Prepares SOAs as maybe requested.
• - Accounts for LC and TR folders once LC is fully paid/negotiated.
• - Ensures orderly filing of folders.
• - Prepares and balances proofsheet daily.
• - Reconciles DT/F Branch floats.
• - Monitors submission of ORs/tickets from Branches.
• - Monitors submission of BIR 2307 for reporting to GAU.
• - Handles pledging for Dollar TRs for conversion to Peso.
• - Monitors and handles Past Due Accounts.

Qualifications

• - Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduate
• - Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision
• - Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• - Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
