Job summary

Fastech in the Philippines is seeking a Process Engineer or Technician to perform all aspect of process and/or test control engineering, focusing on yield and capability improvements and analyzing failure mechanisms for corrective actions.

The role includes developing or qualifying new devices, processes, equipment and materials, with preference for 2 years in process engineering or process testing in manufacturing. Computer literacy and QC tools knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technician graduate with relevant years of experience.
• Preferably 2 years experience as Process Engineer and/or Process Test Engineer in a manufacturing company.
• Computer literate with knowledge in QC tools and problem solving techniques.
• Able to operate and program network analyzer and RF test instrument.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspect of process and/or test control engineering, including yield and process and/or capability improvement, assimilation of failure mechanism and corrective actions.
• Develop/qualify new devices/processes, equipment and materials.
