Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and process documents.
• Familiar with different electronics measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word).
• Strong analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manufacturing functions for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Conducts quality testing across all stages of production; collaborates with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.
• Assists engineering teams in designing and conducting technical experiments.
• Utilizes sophisticated software to collect and evaluate real-time operating data.
• Performs on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data insights.
• Determines process control methods to stabilize or modify manufacturing workflows.
• Develops standard procedures to optimize long-term production quality.
