Job summary

A company in process engineering seeks an individual to assist a Process Engineer in conducting experiments and resolving process problems. Responsibilities include supervising the processing of engineering lots, monitoring production yield, generating reports, and training production personnel on new work instructions. The ideal candidate is a graduate of a Technology course or Engineering degree with relevant experience. This position is based in Laguna, Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant work experience is preferred.
• Engineering degree with or without experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineer in conducting experiments and process simulations.
• Supervise processing of qualification or engineering lots.
• Monitor production yield and generate required reports.
• Provide necessary stop gap measures during process problems.
• Document process control and train production personnel.

Education

• Assist Process Engineer in conducting experiments and process simulations to identify rootcause and resolve process problems
• Supervise processing of qualification or engineering lots in accordance to customer requirements
• Monitor production yield and generate reports required by Process Engineer or Superior
• Assist production in the event of process problem providing necessary stop gap measures until the implementation of permanent fix
• Document process control and work instruction defined by Process Engineer; train / orient production personnel on new released work instruction, process procedures, and criteria
