MicroSourcing is looking for a Process Redesign Manager (B2B AU Telco) in Taguig, onsite dayshift. You will identify process simplifications, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and build robust financial models while collaborating with executives and vendors to align with strategic goals.

The role requires 4–5 years in strategy or 5–6 years in business/financial analysis, and a Black Belt level certification. Strong data analytics, Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years as Strategy Analyst/Manager or 5–6 years as Business/Financial Analyst or Manager.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt depending on experience).
• Proven track record delivering complex change projects improving CX and financial benefits.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and end-to-end process management skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Accounting, Business, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process simplification and standardization to improve EX and CX.
• Lead cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and process mining to evaluate performance and model economics.
• Drive end-to-end change initiatives beyond direct management scope.
• Collaborate with frontline teams, vendors, and senior leaders to align with strategic goals.
• Present complex findings clearly for Senior Executives.

Your Role

• Identify key areas for process simplification and standardization to improve customer and employee experience (EX).
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design to develop strategic improvement solutions.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and process mining to evaluate operational performance and build robust financial models.
• Drive the approval, implementation, and end-to-end execution of change initiatives outside your direct sphere of management control.
• Collaborate with frontline teams, vendors, and senior leadership to align process redesign opportunities with the business unit's strategic goals.
• Provide expert advice on product and process design while managing the overall problem-solving framework to achieve realistic commercial benefits.
• Structure and simplify complex analytical findings into clear, impactful presentations tailored effectively for Senior Executives.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 4–5 years of experience as a Strategy Analyst/Manager, or 5–6 years working as a Business/Financial Analyst or Manager.
• Lean Six Sigma certification at Black Belt level (or Green Belt, depending on the depth of experience).
• Proven track record of delivering complex change projects that enhance Customer Experience and drive significant financial benefits.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the process end-to-end.
• Relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, IT, Accounting, Business, or Engineering).

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Formal certification or training in Project and/or Change Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci).
• 2–3 years of experience leading and delivering CAPEX/OPEX projects with formal sponsorship and fixed budgets.
• Understanding of the Australian regulatory environment as it relates to telecommunications, alongside consumer product knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge or proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analytical research.
