Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Process Analyst to optimize product operations, focusing on procurement, funding and stakeholder engagement. The role is onsite at BGC with a day shift, offering growth and competitive rewards.

You will analyze and improve business processes, ensure compliance, and collaborate with leadership to deliver data-driven insights across the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Process Analysis or related field.
• Proven procurement and funding process experience.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business units.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation (Visio or Lucidchart).
• Onsite work in BGC, Taguig; Australian day shift.

Your Role

• Drive smooth Products operations, ensuring stakeholder engagement, procurement activity, and funding processes remain aligned and transparent.
• Monitor and maintain compliance across procurement and funding workflows to ensure smarter spending and clearer performance insights.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that enable better delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide data‑driven insights that underpin the wider business and product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between delivery teams.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 3‑5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Operations Support, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing procurement activities and funding processes within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex operational data into clear performance insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across various business units.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation (e.g., using Visio or Lucidchart).
• Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, on an Australian day shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
• Previous experience supporting Australian clients or large enterprise programs.
