Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduates in Industrial Engineering or IT-related degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in process quality assurance or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of quality management.
• Familiarity with ISO auditing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic experience in Software Testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in defect and root cause analysis, process auditing, and proposing process improvements for quality control procedures.
• Perform quality assurance analysis activities with minimal direct supervision at a project-level.
• Conducts final inspection and quality gate before delivering the findings and results to the customer using given viewpoints (customer, tester, leads, etc.).
• Product verification and product validation techniques.
• Reports final inspection and quality gate results to the management at project level.
