Job summary

Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Process & Quality Analyst to join the Information Technology Team in the Philippines. You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality.

You will lead QA activities, develop test plans, and collaborate with stakeholders through an Agile SDLC, driving change readiness and ensuring high standards across technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Analyze and document business processes at micro and macro levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, Epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for UAT and QA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document workflows for automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and secure sign-offs.
• Define acceptance criteria and size stories for Agile development.
• Lead testing activities including functional, regression, and UAT.
