Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in the Philippines, seeks a Process Improvement Manager to drive Lean Six Sigma-based improvements for a B2B AU Telco client. The role is onsite in BGC, Taguig with dayshift hours, contributing to an expansive customer experience and financial performance agenda.

You will lead cross-functional projects, perform data-driven analyses, and deliver end-to-end change initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Strategy Analyst/Manager, or 5–6 years as a Business/Financial Analyst/Manager.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt) certification.
• Proven track record delivering complex change projects that improve CX and finance benefits.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; end-to-end process management.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Accounting, Business, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify key areas for process simplification and standardization to improve customer and employee experience (EX).
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design to develop strategic improvement solutions.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and process mining to evaluate operational performance and build robust financial models.
• Drive the approval, implementation, and end-to-end execution of change initiatives outside your direct sphere of management control.
• Collaborate with frontline teams, vendors, and senior leadership to align process redesign opportunities with the business unit's strategic goals.
• Provide expert advice on product and process design while managing the overall problem-solving framework to achieve realistic commercial benefits.
• Structure and simplify complex analytical findings into clear, impactful presentations tailored effectively for Senior Executives.

Your Role:

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will:

What You Need:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Strategy Analyst/Manager, or 5–6 years working as a Business/Financial Analyst or Manager.
• Lean Six Sigma certification at Black Belt level (or Green Belt, depending on the depth of experience).
• Proven track record of delivering complex change projects that enhance Customer Experience and drive significant financial benefits.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the process end-to-end.
• Relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, IT, Accounting, Business, or Engineering).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Formal certification or training in Project and/or Change Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci).
• 2–3 years of experience leading and delivering CAPEX/OPEX projects with formal sponsorship and fixed budgets.
• Understanding of the Australian regulatory environment as it relates to telecommunications, alongside consumer product knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge or proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analytical research.
