Job summary

BONAFIDE TRAINOLOGY PLACEMENT SERVICES is seeking a Process Engineer Supervisor for a direct hire with a manufacturing partner at Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, FPIP 1, Tanauan, Batangas.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has a minimum of five years in process engineering, plus leadership and training-management training. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities to lead teams effectively and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course: Chemical, Ceramics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Metallurgical.
• At least 5 years of experience as Process Engineer.
• Has attended trainings related to Leadership and Training Management.
