Job summary

Recruitify_HR seeks a seasoned engineering supervisor to oversee transfer of items, technology, or processes from headquarters to PMM and to coordinate production plan support with the engineering team. You will lead a cross-functional group up to PMM management and drive ongoing process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering (Chemical/Ceramics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Metallurgical) and at least 5 years of experience, plus strong communication, leadership,

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Ceramics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Metallurgical).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Attended trainings related to Leadership and Management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the transfer of new items, technology, or processes from Mother Factory or Headquarters to PMM.
• Supervise production plan support through the engineering department to ensure that all jobs are processed.
• Cross-functional coordination and collaboration within PMM.
• Team related to process or line handled up to PMM management.
• Continually seek to improve all processes to perform work, and continually improve products in terms of quality.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in the following Engineering courses:
• Chemical or Ceramics Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Metallurgical Engineering
• With at least 5 years of experience.
• Attended several trainings related to Leadership and Management.
• With good interpersonal relations, effective communication, management & negotiation skills.
