Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Process Engineer II in the Philippines. The role provides process technology engineering support for intermediate systems with moderate complexity and requires a strong EPC background, P&ID/PFD experience, and fluency in written and verbal communication.

Ideal candidates hold a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering and be licensed as a chemical engineer in the Philippines, with hands-on experience in pump hydraulics and safety device sizing within Fluor’s project framework.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years or more of EPC-related experience.
• Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, and mass balances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Regulatory knowledge and industry guidelines familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create Mass Balances, PFDs and P&IDs.
• Participate in P&ID and safety reviews.
• Perform pump hydraulics, line sizing, equipment sizing, heat duty calculations, and safety device specifications.
• Review others’ work for design quality; ensure conformance to Fluor practices.
• Consult with other engineering disciplines and supervisors; assist in deliverables preparation.

Education

BS or MS Degree in Chemical Engineering

Active chemical engineering license (Philippines)
