Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Chemical Engineering required.
• 8+ years EPC-related experience.
• Experience creating P&IDs, PFDs and mass balances.
• Experience with pump hydraulics and pressure safety devices.
• Control valve sizing knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create Mass Balances, PFDs and P&IDs for projects.
• Participate in P&ID and safety reviews.
• Perform pump hydraulics, line sizing and equipment sizing.
• Calculate heat duty and specify safety devices.
• Review others' work for design quality; check vendor submittals.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines within Fluor.
