Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Work experience as a process engineer is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new manufacturing processes.
• Design and plan equipment layout.
• Conduct tests and monitor process performance.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
• Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Monitor and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Develop and update production documents and procedures.
• Accomplish and monitor production’s Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
• Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks.
• Monitor production efficiency, utilization, and wastage.
