Qualifications

Responsibilities
Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
Design and plan equipment layout.
Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout production.
Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues with Production Supervisors.
Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Monitor and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and promote awareness of the company’s GMP program.
Develop and update production documents, procedures, and standards in coordination with Production Supervisors and Manager.
Accomplish and monitor production’s Corrective Action Reports (CAR) with QA/QC and Production Supervisors.
Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Monitor production efficiency, utilization, and wastage.
