Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate from a reputable university in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineer.
• At least two (2) years of direct work experience in production operations in an industrial manufacturing company.
• With working knowledge of ISO quality system.

Responsibilities

• Conducts time-motion studies to set operating standards in various production activities.
• Coordinates with R&D for new product development to establish standard process parameters.
• Issues parameter settings for machine operators.
• Suggests improvements for production efficiency.
• Analyzes and recommends adjustments to increase plant capacity based on product demand.
• Proposes systems to ensure production consistency and capacity without quality loss.
• Adheres to corporate policies regarding governance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensures accountability of tools and equipment per asset management procedures
