Job summary

Pilipinas Water Resources Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to lead process optimization and plant improvements in water treatment facilities. The role emphasizes process treatment analysis, modeling, and implementing energy-saving measures while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in water/wastewater plants, a PE license is preferred, and a track record of reducing chemical usage and energy consumption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience using Lean Six Sigma or HAZOP to solve chronic process failures.

• Experience using structured troubleshooting frameworks (like Lean Six Sigma or HAZOP) to solve chronic process failures
