Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a strategic finance advisor to provide financial insights for GTM initiatives and to build robust business cases for high‑value projects.

You will drive profitability through rigorous ROI analyses and scenario modeling across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, end‑to‑end ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment within the ice cream manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong financial management skills and ability to oversee end-to-end processes.
• Ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
• Collaborative with clear communication and low-ego working style.
• Wamiliarity with building business cases and ROI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high‑value business cases for GTM initiatives, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and large investments.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations to support executive decisions.
• Align business cases with corporate financial objectives and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with GTM teams as the finance liaison (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations).
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and propose mitigation or alternatives.

The role

Strategic advisor to the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, providing financial insights and building robust business cases for high‑value projects. This role is critical in driving profitable growth, ensuring financial rigor in decision‑making, and enabling the execution of strategic initiatives that maximize return on investment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Strategic Business Case Development

• Lead the creation of detailed, high-value business cases for major GTM initiatives, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and large-scale investments.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations to support executive decision‑making.
• Ensure alignment of business cases with corporate financial objectives and strategic priorities.
• Strategic projects include, but not limited to, GTM Network Re‑engineering, Pilot DT Hub, Pilot Ullage Model.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the primary finance liaison for GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.
• Influence and challenge business leaders with data‑driven recommendations.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

Risk & Opportunity Assessment

• Identify financial risks and opportunities within GTM strategies.
• Recommend mitigation plans and alternative approaches to safeguard profitability.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in accounting, finance, or a related field and can operate confidently in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Brings strong skills in financial management
• Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working
• Is amenable to work in a project‑based contract for at least 6 months.
