Job summary

Genpact Philippines seeks a qualified F&A - R2R Specialist to manage month-end close, reporting, and consolidations. You will ensure KPI adherence, drive audit deliverables, and prepare statutory financial statements. Strong knowledge of R2R processes, reconciliations, and intercompany activities is essential.

The role requires accounting/finance education and professional certifications; a hybrid work setup in the Philippines is offered to support collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include accounting/commerce/economics/finance degrees or higher.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will handle month-end closing activities, reporting and consolidations.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and review timely controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and submit evidence as required.
• Prepare quarterly and annual statutory financial statements.
• Review/Posting of Month End Journal Entries.
• Perform Month End Close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany processes and resolve balancing items.
• Build customer relationships and drive process improvements.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.

Reporting & consolidations.

Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls

Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements

Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements

Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries

Review & Performing Month End Close activities

Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations

Handle quarterly intercompany process

Resolution of Balancing Items

Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)

Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required

Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
