About the role
Argold Jobs Inc is seeking a dedicated Requirements Analyst to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects within the Information and Communication Technology sector. As a Process Analyst, you will play a vital role in identifying, analysing, and optimising business processes to drive operational efficiency and support strategic objectives across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Analysing current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

Documenting existing processes using industry-standard tools and methodologies

Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable process improvements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimised process solutions

Creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and process documentation to support implementation and training

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes

Providing recommendations for technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Conducting stakeholder consultations to ensure process improvements align with business needs

Supporting the change management process and providing training documentation where required

Maintaining process improvement records and reporting on outcomes to management

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a Process Analyst or in a similar business analysis role

Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions

Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience gathering and translating business requirements into process improvements

Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Knowledge of enterprise systems and business software is advantageous

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
