You will handle payments, AP, invoicing and inter-entity allocations in a busy, client-focused environment.

Based in Manila with initial onsite hours, the role offers hybrid potential, exposure to cross-border accounting, and a collaborative team culture supported by training and development

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property-related entities.
• Support payment processing and AP, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Complete accurate transaction coding, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks across personal and business entities.
• Maintain inter-entity loan balances and process distributions.
• Reconcile and allocate commissions from source to the appropriate entities/accounts.
• Process routine payroll for salaried staff

Key Criteria

• 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience, with a strong background in property bookkeeping or property accounting, ideally within a commercial property environment.
• Previous experience within a private wealth management environment is strongly preferred.
• Confident managing inter-entity accounting, loan accounts, and distributions.
• Experience working with commission-based revenue and commission reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Commpay is a plus

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM – 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
• Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City): 8 AM – 5 PM (VNT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
