Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Private Banking team in onboarding, account servicing, and transaction processing. You will work closely with the Senior Private Banker to ensure compliance and timely delivery of services to Wealth Management clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, 1–2 years of related experience, and MS Office proficiency. SEC Phase 1/2 certification is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holders, preferably Business course graduates.
• 1 to 2 years related work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Preferably with SEC Phase 1 and Phase 2 (FIMS) certification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves BDO Private Bank clients on Wealth Management needs.
• Back-up Private Banker when Sr Private Banker unavailable.
• Ensure sales compliance and proper documentation of transactions for audit readiness.
• Maintain client files/documents per Data Privacy Act.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
