Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support Private Bankers in onboarding clients and handling account servicing. You will process transactions, generate reports, and manage accounts for Wealth Management clients.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a degree (preferably Business), and strong MS Office and communications skills. You will be office-based in Iloilo City and contribute to compliant, well-documented client files.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business.
• Proficient in MS Office; excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves BDO Private Bank clients for Wealth Management needs.
• Acts as back-up Private Banker when Sr Private Banker unavailable.
• Ensures sales compliance and proper documentation of transactions for audit-readiness.
• Maintains client files/documents in compliance with Data Privacy Act.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
