BDO Unibank's Wealth Management group is seeking dynamic Relationship Managers to partner with clients in achieving their financial goals and provide expert advice on a spectrum of financial matters.

The ideal candidate will profile clients, understand markets, and recommend suitable investment products while building long-term relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions with integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder or graduate of a four-year or five-year course (finance, economics, business administration, or a related field in mathematics).
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
• Relevant work experience in relationship management focused on investments and business development; high-net-worth experience preferred.
• Ability to develop innovative financial solutions and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Profile clients to assess background, motivations, and investment needs to proactively provide wealth management solutions.
• Understand financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles; recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide ongoing financial advice, address client queries, and proactively propose wealth management options.
• Manage and optimize interactions with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty and business performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive financial solutions and develop a network for business goals.
• Uphold integrity, regulatory guidelines and industry best practices; work in teams to achieve shared goals.
